ABD&#8217;de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve Amerikan Kalp Birli\u011fi dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rma da metabolik sendromu bulanan g\u00fcnde 6 saatten az uyuyanlarda, metabolik sendromu bulunmayanlara g\u00f6re, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve inmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin 2,1 herhangi bir nedene ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin ise 2 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kongre Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapan Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Okan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bozulmas\u0131na etki eden fakt\u00f6rlerden birinin metabolik sendrom oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn bir ki\u015fide bulunmas\u0131 halinde &#8220;metabolik sendrom&#8221; tan\u0131s\u0131 konulan hastalarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 \u00f6nemli be\u015f fakt\u00f6r\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;V\u00fccut kitle endeksinin 30 kilo\/metrekare \u00fczerinde ya da bel \u00e7evresinin erkeklerde 94, kad\u0131nlarda 80 santimetrenin \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131, HDL denilen iyi kolesterol\u00fcn kad\u0131nlarda 50, erkeklerde 40 mg\/dl alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131, trigliserit de\u011ferinin 150 mg\/dl&#8217;den fazla olmas\u0131, a\u00e7l\u0131k \u015feker \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn 100 mg\/dl \u00fczerinde bulunmas\u0131 ve kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n 130\/85 mmHg \u00fczerinde \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ya da hipertansiyon varl\u0131\u011f\u0131.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kaliteli uykunun da sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerinde olumlu etki yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Y\u0131ld\u0131z, eri\u015fkin ki\u015finin g\u00fcnde kesintisiz 6-8 saat uyumas\u0131n\u0131n yeterli oldu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z, uluslararas\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 kongrede \u0130sve\u00e7li bilim insanlar\u0131nca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen &#8220;Uyku Eksikli\u011fi ve Metabolik Sendrom&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, kaliteli uykunun metabolik sendrom ve hormonlar \u00fczerindeki olumlu etkisinin ortaya kondu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ile uykunun hem kalitesinin hem s\u00fcresinin azalmas\u0131n\u0131n metabolik hastal\u0131klar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan riski art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n belirlendi\u011fini aktaran Y\u0131ld\u0131z, risk art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7inde obezite, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (diyabet), hipertansiyon ve kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00d6l\u00fcm riski, 2 kat fazla&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amerika&#8217;da Amerikan Kalp Birli\u011fi dergisinde yay\u0131nlanan ve ayn\u0131 konuda yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n da t\u0131p camias\u0131yla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Y\u0131ld\u0131z, her iki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n da birbirini destekledi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z, Amerika&#8217;daki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda bin 300&#8217;\u00fcn \u00fczerinde eri\u015fkinin, uyku laboratuvar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131larak, uyku kalitesi ve s\u00fcresi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan inceleme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n 16 y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde hastalar\u0131n s\u00fcrekli takipte oldu\u011funu aktaran Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130nceleme sonunda, metabolik sendromu bulunan ve 6 saat ve \u00fczerinde uyuyanlarda kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin 1,5 kat y\u00fckseldi\u011fi belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n di\u011fer a\u015famas\u0131nda 6 saatten az uyuyanlar incelendi. Metabolik sendromu bulunan ve g\u00fcnde 6 saatten az uyuyanlarda da metabolik sendromu bulunmayanlara g\u00f6re, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve inmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin 2,1 herhangi bir nedene ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm riskinin 2 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterildi. Burada \u00f6nemli bir nokta, tan\u0131mlanan \u00f6l\u00fcm riski art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n uykuda solunum durmas\u0131 denilen hastal\u0131ktan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmas\u0131.
