Mahkeme Ahmet Erba\u015f&#39;\u0131n en erken 12 y\u0131ll\u0131k cezas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ektikten sonra deneme mahiyetinde tahliye hakk\u0131 bulundu\u011funu ancak i\u015fledi\u011fi su\u00e7lar ve tehlikeli bir \u015fah\u0131s oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcresiz cezaevinde tutulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. Danimarka yasalar\u0131n\u0131n 70&#39;inci maddesi uyar\u0131nca bir \u015fah\u0131s s\u00fcresiz g\u00f6zalt\u0131 cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131rabiliyor. 70&#39;inci maddeye g\u00f6re bir \u015fahs\u0131n s\u00fcresiz g\u00f6zalt\u0131 cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in&nbsp; 1-cinayet i\u015flemesi ve te\u015febb\u00fcste bulunmas\u0131, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edip \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc engellemesi, 2-Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n hayat\u0131 i\u00e7in tehlike yaratmas\u0131 ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 sakat&nbsp; b\u0131rakmas\u0131 3-Hapis cezas\u0131 yerine g\u00f6zalt\u0131 hapsi verilerek i\u015fledi\u011fi su\u00e7lar\u0131 bir daha i\u015flememesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor olmas\u0131 \u015feklinde \u00fc\u00e7 \u015fart\u0131 yerine getiriyor olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Glostrup mahkemesi Ahmet Erba\u015f&#39;\u0131n s\u00fcresiz g\u00f6zalt\u0131 cezas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ekerken 14 y\u0131l\u0131 doldurduktan sonra T\u00fcrkiye&#39;ye s\u0131n\u0131r d\u0131\u015f\u0131 edilece\u011fini bildirdi.
