Bu teknikte&nbsp;b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan\u0131n g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs \u00e7evresine g\u00f6re a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k tahmini yap\u0131labildi\u011fine i\u015faret eden \u00c7olak, bu tekni\u011fin \u00f6zellikle Siyah Alaca, Esmer ve Simental \u0131rklar\u0131yla&nbsp;bunlar\u0131n melezlerinde kullan\u0131labildi\u011fini, kurbanl\u0131k hayvanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 75&#8217;inin de k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u0131rklar\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n melezlerinden olu\u015ftu\u011funu&nbsp;bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr.&nbsp;\u00c7olak, kilogram tespiti yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in kurbanl\u0131k al\u0131m\u0131na giderken mezura ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, &#8220;Mezura veya&nbsp;\u015ferit metreyle hayvan\u0131n \u00f6n ayaklar\u0131n\u0131n hemen arkas\u0131ndan g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fc&nbsp;s\u0131rt\u0131na kadar \u00e7epe\u00e7evre \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmeli. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn santimetre cinsinden sonucu, tahmin cetvelindeki canl\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k de\u011feriyle e\u015fle\u015ftirilir. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015flar\u0131n 1 ya\u015f\u0131nda, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve mandalar\u0131n 2, develerin ise 5 ya\u015f\u0131nda olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Kurbanl\u0131k hayvan\u0131n burnunun \u00fcst\u00fc kuru ve \u00e7atlak de\u011fil, nemli ve parlak olmal\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca fiziki bir kusur olmas\u0131 da kurban etmeye engel te\u015fkil eder.
