Diyarbak\u0131r 5. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesindeki duru\u015fmaya san\u0131k Irmak, tutuklu bulundu\u011fu Silivri Kapal\u0131 Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumu’ndan Ses ve G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc Bili\u015fim Sistemi (SEGB\u0130S) ile kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Cumhuriyet savc\u0131s\u0131, mahkemeye sundu\u011fu esas hakk\u0131ndaki m\u00fctalaas\u0131nda Irmak’\u0131n “silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00f6netmek” ve farkl\u0131 tarihlerdeki bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda 6 kez “ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131” yapmak su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan 21 y\u0131ldan 52,5 y\u0131la kadar hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etti.<\/p>\n
Savc\u0131, Irmak’\u0131n “kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 toplant\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri d\u00fczenlemek, y\u00f6netmek, bunlar\u0131n hareketlerine kat\u0131lmak”, “su\u00e7 ve su\u00e7luyu \u00f6vmek” su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan ise beraati ve tutukluluk halinin devam\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirdi.<\/p>\n
M\u00fctalaaya ili\u015fkin savunma i\u00e7in s\u00fcre talep eden Irmak, duru\u015fmada haz\u0131r edilerek savunma yapmak istedi\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
Mahkeme, san\u0131k aleyhine kuvvetli su\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesini g\u00f6steren somut olgular\u0131n mevcut olmas\u0131, kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 eylemlere ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc inceleme tutana\u011f\u0131 bulunmas\u0131 ile \u00fczerine at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7un vas\u0131f ve mahiyeti do\u011frultusunda Irmak’\u0131n tutukluluk halinin devam\u0131na karar vererek, duru\u015fmay\u0131 erteledi.<\/p>\n
