Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bunu yaparken bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 da beraber yapt\u0131lar.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Karpuz pekmezinin, bilimsel inceleme ve analiz yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00c7ukurova \u00dcniversitesi ile Adana Bilim ve Teknoloji \u00dcniversitesine g\u00f6nderildi\u011fini belirten \u00c7elikcan, &#8220;S\u00fcper Pekmez&#8221; ad\u0131n\u0131 verdikleri \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131lan tahlillerde y\u00fcksek mineral ve besin de\u011feri bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7elikcan, pekmezin uzmanlardan tam not ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, &#8220;S\u00fcper Pekmez&#8217;in kalp ve damar dostu olarak bilinen demir, fosfor ve magnezyum minerallerini y\u00fcksek oranda bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, kansere kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu olarak bilinen likopen maddesinin, sindirimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran besinsel lif ile A ve C vitaminlerin di\u011fer pekmezlere g\u00f6re on kat fazla oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Karpuz pekmezi bundan sonra sofram\u0131zda yeni bir tat ve \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak yerini almaya ba\u015flayacak.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Pekmezin yap\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7elikcan, &#8220;Karpuzun suyu posas\u0131ndan ay\u0131r\u0131p s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra s\u00fczeklerden ge\u00e7irilip, tertemiz berrak bir hale getiriliyor. Tencerelere al\u0131nan karpuz suyu 8 ile 10 saat aras\u0131nda kaynat\u0131l\u0131yor. Kaynad\u0131k\u00e7a k\u0131vam alan karpuz suyu pekmeze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
