Kristal kaya tuzuyla hi\u00e7bir benzerli\u011fi yoktur.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ramazan tavsiyeleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015fan ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n uzun yaz g\u00fcnlerine denk geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Karatay, &#8220;\u0130ftardan sonra bol su t\u00fcketin&#8221; \u00f6nerisinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Karatay, ramazan ay\u0131na \u015fimdiden v\u00fccudun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, &#8220;Karatay prensiplerinde v\u00fccut g\u00fcnde 2 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn beslenmeye odaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sahurda 2-3 tane yumurta, peynir, so\u011fuk k\u00f6fte t\u00fcketilmelidir ama ekmeksiz. Ramazan pidesi \u00e7\u0131kacak, pide k\u00f6y tereya\u011f\u0131yla veya zeytinya\u011f\u0131yla beraber t\u00fcketilebilir. \u015eekersiz \u00e7ay, s\u00fct, ayran bol bol t\u00fcretilebilir. Susuzluk ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve halsizlik yapar. \u0130ftardan ve sahurdan sonra kelle pa\u00e7a \u00e7orbas\u0131 veya tarhana \u00e7orbas\u0131 t\u00fcketilebilir. Ramazanda \u015fekerli, gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekleri sofraya almay\u0131n.
