Danimarka\u2019daki bankalar, ipotek kurumlar\u0131, varl\u0131k y\u00f6netimi, menkul k\u0131ymet ticareti ve yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik i\u015f birli\u011fi platformu Finans Danmark taraf\u0131ndan, konut kredi taleplerine ili\u015fkin veriler payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, verilere g\u00f6re \u00fclkede konut kredilerine talep 2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyesine geriledi.<\/p>\n
Finans Danmark taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Ocak ay\u0131nda 1874 konut kredisi teklifi al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilirken, konut kredi talebindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn gerek\u00e7esi olarak y\u00fcksek faiz oranlar\u0131 ve yeni konut vergisi sistemi g\u00f6sterildi.<\/p>\n

“Konut kredisine olan talebin en fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lge Kopenhag ve \u00e7evresi oldu. B\u00f6lgeden konut sat\u0131n almak isteyen 406 ki\u015fiden kredi talebinde bulunuldu. <\/p>\n
Bu, Aral\u0131k 2023 ile k\u0131yaslad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fczde 66’l\u0131k bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n
